Ingredients:

3 ounces of Lean Ground Beef

½ cup Green Bell peppers

¼ cup White onions

¼ cup Mushrooms
-
Brown Rice- cooked
-
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce

1 slice Provolone cheese
-
Salt and pepper- to taste

Garlic salt- to taste
Method:

Cook ground beef in skillet on medium heat with Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper

Cook rice according to directions

When ground beef is about halfway done, add the onions, peppers and mushrooms in and cook until tender. Add more seasoning if desired.

In a bowl combine cooked rice, ground beef, green peppers, mushrooms and onions. Top with provolone cheese and enjoy
