- There is NO CHIT CHATTING while you workout! By taking too long of breaks you allow your muscles to recover too much. The HARDER you work the FASTER you make PROGRESS!
- REST: Your rest duration should be kept to 60-90 seconds in between sets.
- WEIGHT: It is recommended to choose a weight that is challenging for you! The weight should be moderately challenging at the start of the set and become more challenging as you get to the last 3-5 reps. If you can do the whole 10-12 reps without struggle then the weight is TOO LIGHT!

Oh my gosh this felt amazing! I’m 49 with some old injuries and need/love the slow old school type lifting. Is it good or ok that I’m not 50 and doing this one or should I do a different program?

Whoa! These ‘reverse pushups’ are tough! I’m not sure if my challenge is flexibility or strength - or both! I can do 8 regular pushups a set, but for these I can barely do 4 from my knees. Think I’m doing something wrong, or are there any additional tips?

Just finished my first at home workout. Feels so good to complete. Really felt the burn in my shoulders. No wonder Nikkie looks so amazingly cut. This is a great program.
