Strawberries & Cream Pancakes

Ingredients:


  • ½ cup (53g) of Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix

  • 40 g of Strawberries

  • 2 ounces of Total 0% Fage Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup (28g) of Sugar Free syrup

  • 2 TBS of Nut Butter


Method:


  1. Mix pancake mix and water in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Heat a skillet, and pour 1/4 of protein pancake mixture onto the skillet. Flip when edges start to bubble.

  3. Once flipped, continue to cook for 1 minute, and remove from the pan.

  4. After pancakes are cooked, top with fruit, yogurt and Sugar Free syrup and nut butter or just enjoy that on the side!
