Strawberries & Cream Pancakes

Ingredients:

½ cup (53g) of Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix

40 g of Strawberries

2 ounces of Total 0% Fage Greek yogurt

¼ cup (28g) of Sugar Free syrup

2 TBS of Nut Butter
Method:

Mix pancake mix and water in a bowl until smooth.

Heat a skillet, and pour 1/4 of protein pancake mixture onto the skillet. Flip when edges start to bubble.

Once flipped, continue to cook for 1 minute, and remove from the pan.

After pancakes are cooked, top with fruit, yogurt and Sugar Free syrup and nut butter or just enjoy that on the side!
