Shrimp Foil Packs

Ingredients:


  • 3 ounces of Shrimp

  • ½ cup (100 g ) of cooked Jasmine rice

  • ½ cup (140g) of Mix veggies of choice

  • 1.5 TBS (21g) of Coconut Oil


Method:


This meal is super simple and has many different options, making it a great meal to fix with your family!

  1. Heat oven to 375.

  2. Rip a piece of foil and spray with cooking spray.  Tear off a large enough piece to hold the ingredients and fold up, creating a nice packet.

  3. Simply place shrimp, rice, and veggies of your choice in the center of the foil, sprinkle the coconut oil over the shrimp and veggies and season as desired.  Fold ends of foil together to create your pack.

  4. Place on a cooking sheet and bake for about 15-20mins, or until veggies and shrimp are cooked.

*If you open the pack to check them, be careful of the steam that can escape!* This is a great family meal option as each packet can be individualized!
