- There is NO CHIT CHATTING while you workout! By taking too long of breaks you allow your muscles to recover too much. The HARDER you work the FASTER you make PROGRESS!
- REST: Your rest duration should be kept to 60-90 seconds in between sets.
- WEIGHT: It is recommended to choose a weight that is challenging for you! The weight should be moderately challenging at the start of the set and become more challenging as you get to the last 3-5 reps. If you can do the whole 12-15 reps without struggle then the weight is TOO LIGHT!

I noticed it is Monday. May 1st and we just passed the last Friday of the month. But the workouts did not change.
Aren't they supposed to change, or did I miss a change in procedure at Warrior Babe?

Hi, starting my first day of strength. I printed out the 3 month program for 50 but then the app has a different set of exercises for 50 . I’m not sure which to start. I may use the one on the app only because it gives examples of the exercises explained. But I liked the print out because I didn’t have to have my phone next to me doing the exercises I could just have the piece of paper. What do you all recommend the 50 app exercises or the print out for three months?

To rachlew05. It is a superset. The dumbbell press is holding both arms up but pressing one arm for 10 reps then the other arm. Then immediately do the cable push down. Rest then repeat. I hope this makes sense.

There is an exercise on Chest and Tricep day called “DB Press with Cable Rope Pulldown. The DB Press is unclear— is it supposed to be single arm DB bench press as part of the SuperSet?

I switched to WB 50 because I'm menopausal, but there's no cardio or HIIT in the 4 day which is what I chose to do. Are we supposed to do a HIIT or LISS on an active rest day(5th day) or incorporate cardio on one of our training days?
