Ingredients:

3 ounces of cooked Lean Ground beef

1 cup Mixed frozen veggies

2 TBS Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

2 TBS Ketchup

1 cup of cooked Whole Wheat pasta
Method:

In a medium skillet cook ground beef until tender and no longer pink

While beef is browning, cook pasta according to instructions

Add in frozen mixed veggies when beef is about halfway cooked

Once ground beef is cooked, add Sugar Free BBQ sauce and ketchup and mix everything together. Drop heat to low and allow sauce to simmer and thicken.

Once the beef and veggie mixture is evenly coated, place on top of your cooked pasta.
