Ingredients:

 


  • 6 oz Egg whites
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 Plain rice cakes

Method:

 


  1. Scramble egg whites and spinach until no longer translucent.  Season to taste
    1. *Can also cook them in the microwave in a circular container to give you a perfectly round egg patty
  2. Place cooked egg whites on rice cakes and enjoy!
