BBQ Pork Sweet Potato

Ingredients:
- 5 oz Pork Tenderloin
- 2 TBS of SF BBQ Sauce
- 1 medium 5 inch long Sweet Potato
- Green Veggie of choice (not included in macro amount)
Method:
- Cook pork tenderloin in crock pot on low for 8 hrs, or low for 4 hr
- *Cook time will depend on amount of meat*
- Bake Sweet potato on 375 until tender. You will be able to easily puncture with a fork
- Once pork in finished cooking use two forks to shred.
- In a bowl, place a serving of pork and SF BBQ sauce and mix together. Then place on top of bake sweet potato and serve with a side of green veggies of choice (not included in macro amount).
