Sausage Egg Muffin

Ingredients:


  • 75 g of Egg whites
  • 2 Turkey Sausage Patties
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 cup of Spinach
  • 1 Whole Wheat English Muffin

Method:


  1. Scramble egg whites and spinach until no longer translucent.  Season to taste
    1. Can also cook them in the microwave in a circular container to give you a perfectly round egg patty
  2. Heat sausage patty until heated through
  3. Toast English muffin
  4. Place cooked egg whites on toasted muffin and enjoy!
