Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup 0% fage yogurt
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 3 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
Method:
- Preheat medium size skillet and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients except strawberries to a blender and blend on high until well combined and smooth.
- Unplug the blender and gently fold in strawberries with a spatula.
- Pour batter into the medium skillet, and cook each pancake begins to bubble around the sides
- Recipe makes 2 large Belgian pancakes.
- Top with greek yogurt, and any remaining fruit.
